The college and board is working to reduce expenditures of its $32.36 million operating budget by approximately $1.5 million before the end of the fiscal year on August 31, 2013, to help make up for an unexpected 5 percent enrollment decrease.

Open to youth ages 8 through 14, Camp Hollis offers a week-long summer residential camp experience complete with swimming, nature hikes, games, campfires, arts and crafts, and many more activities. Camp Hollis is owned and operated by the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau.
The Oswego High School Winter Ensemble earned the state title in its division at the Mid-York Color Guard Circuit Championships. Recently, the group was recognized for its undefeated season by the Oswego Board of Education.
The long off season since the Outlaw 200 weekend last October is finally over. This Saturday night the Fulton Speedway will swing the gates open on the new season presented by Ferris Industries.
Playing the last two games on its regular season schedule before the SUNYAC Tournament, the Oswego State baseball team (23-13) defeated RIT (11-20) by scores of 15-4 and 5-4. The Lakers closed out the regular season by winning 13 of its final 16 games.
The Oswego State women’s lacrosse team (8-8) made sure the season ended well, holding on late to defeat Elmira (8-9), 9-8, Tuesday afternoon at South Athletic Field.
