A class to learn how to make cute and useful zippered pouches will be offered at Lakeside Artisans, 191 W. First St., in Canal Commons, on January 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. The instructor, Kathy Fenlon, will demonstrate how to make three different styles of a zippered pouch and three different easy ways to put in a zipper.
Scheduled for February 7, the fest will be held at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center in Oswego, adjacent to the Best Western, from 6 to 10 p.m. One of Warm Up Oswego’s official Fiesta Hot Spots, the Annual CAC Chicken Wing and Micro-Brew Fest will feature chicken wings from a variety of Oswego County’s favorite eateries.
