Fireworks Funding For Fourth Fizzles?

At Tuesday’s Administrative Services Committee meeting, councilors discussed possible cuts to funding the city provides the chamber to run various events during the year. One item on the chopping block could be around $8,000 for the Independence Day Celebration’s fireworks display. Since not all councilors were present at the meeting, the resolution was tabled until all councilors could be in attendance.

Crash in Oswego County Involving a State Police Vehicle

State Police in Pulaski are investigating a crash that occurred at approximately 8:45 a.m. Feb. 18, on County Route 41 in the town of Richland. The trooper, a seven-year veteran of the State Police and assigned to the Pulaski Barracks was transported to Pulaski Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. The other driver and her passenger were not injured in the crash.
