On May 12, members of the Hope Club at G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton presented a donation to Sabine Ingerson, director of the Oswego Offices of ARISE. Following a presentation about ARISE, the students chose to designate their gift to ARISE’s youth programs in Oswego County.
Samuel Anthony Puglia, of Fulton, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 3, 2014, surrounded by his family.
