The Oswego State women’s soccer team capped off its regular season with a 3-1 victory over Cortland on Saturday afternoon at Laker Soccer Field. With the win, Oswego improves to 6-7-3 on the year and 3-3-3 in conference play. Despite the win, Oswego was eliminated from SUNYAC Championship contention with Plattsburgh’s 4-1 win over Brockport.

An Oswego County jury today (Oct. 23) convicted Richard M. Switts, 40, of Mexico, of six counts second-degree criminal sexual act (Class D violent felony); two counts of second-degree sexual abuse (Class A Misdemeanor); and three counts of third-degree sexual abuse (Class B misdemeanor).
