On November 7, Paul Foster will be honored at the Friends of History Annual Celebration Dinner. Paul has a life-long commitment to both Fulton and to Oswego County. Paul is the third generation owning and operating the Foster Funeral Home in Fulton. He has been active in various community centered organizations that serve our community.
The Career Technical Endorsements program isn’t an alternative to graduation. It’s an added kind of bonus, like a Regents exam plus something extra. So when a student graduates and gets their Regents diploma, they get a little seal on there that says they completed a certain program.
The Fulton Water Department Flushing Program will begin October 27. Flushing will begin in the morning and continue until sunset. Flushing will start in the southeast quadrant and proceed in a northerly and westerly direction.

With the annual Mitchell’s Speedway Press/Oswego Speedway Hall of Fame and Awards Banquet just around the corner, Speedway partners continue to renew for the 2015 racing season, including Burke’s Do It Best Home Centers, the official home center of Oswego Speedway. Burke’s Do It Best Home Centers will return in 2015 as the primary sponsor of the always exciting Novelis Supermodified Twin 35s, which made a return to the Speedway racing calendar in 2014.
