Several Oswego Kartway weekly racers are hard at work this off-season preparing to compete in the 22nd annual NY State Indoor Kart Championships, to be held December 5-6 in the Americraft Center of Progress Building located on the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse. The NY State Indoor Championships annually attract some of the best kart racers in the country to compete on the concrete floors of the Center of Progress Building.
