Members of the Common Council and public received an update Monday night as to the on-going project to save the Port City’s historic West Pierhead Lighthouse. Several hundred manhours of work have been performed on the Oswego landmark just this year. The restoration project will continue and hopefully in the near future, tours will be offered at the lighthouse.
Harold I. Roe, 72, a resident of Scriba, passed away on Sunday November 2, 2014, at Oswego Hospital.
