At about 8:30 a.m. today (May 23), the Oswego City Police Departments Patrol Division responded to a second floor apartment at 200 W. First St. in the city of Oswego for a check the welfare complaint.
Upon investigation, the responding officers found indications of a possible methamphetamine lab within the apartment, according to police.
