Edward J. Flynn, 66, of Fulton passed away on Monday August 17, 2015, after a long illness.
Timothy Dillingham, 56, of Syracuse, died Monday August 17, 2015, at home after a long illness.

The hot and humid weather took a turn in the afternoon Tuesday, giving people the cool down they were looking for. The rain started to pour and it had no intention of slowing up for quite some time. Heavy rain and damaging winds swept through the area early Tuesday evening. “We received 0.45-inch of rain from 5 to 5:15 p.m.,” said Bill Gregway, local observer for the National Weather Service. “Then from about 6:30 to 7 p.m. we got another 0.10-inch.”
