Timothy Dillingham, 56

FULTON, NY – Timothy Dillingham, 56, of Syracuse, died Monday August 17, 2015, at home after a long illness.

He was born in Fulton to the late John Dillingham and Elizabeth (Reidy) Dillingham Storms.

Timothy was a resident of Fulton for most of his life until moving to Syracuse 15 years ago.

Mr. Dillingham worked for many years in dry wall, painting and as a finished carpenter.

He was a past state champion wrestler at Sandy Creek High School.

Timothy enjoyed his family and his favorite hobby was collecting baseball cards.

He was predeceased by his brother, Michael Dillingham, in 1998.

Timothy is survived by his three sons: Dalton Dillingham of Oswego, Josh Dillingham of Hannibal and Colin Dillingham of Hannibal; seven siblings: Jacqueline Miller of Fulton, Sharon Hoey of Norwich, NY, Shawn Dillingham of Fulton, Mary Jill Simard of Fulton, Colleen Moon of Fulton, Patrick Dillingham of Fulton and Melissa Stafford of Fulton; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, with Rev. Moritz Fuchs officiating.

Burial will be held privately at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
