Suspicious Vehicle Complaint Ends in Drug, Weapon Charges for Phoenix Teen

On Sunday (March 20), at approximately 7:23 p.m., State Police in Fulton were dispatched to the William J. Farley Community Park on Chestnut Street in the town of Schroeppel for a complaint of two females acting suspiciously and possibly using drugs in a vehicle in the parking lot.
