By popular demand, in 2016 the Oswego Speedway will be offering Rides With the Future Legends. Five of the most popular young drivers will be taking people for the ride of a lifetime Saturday morning of Port City Weekend.

Staff and friends of the Oswego County Department of Social Services gathered to show their support for one of Oswego County’s most vital agencies, United Way, as they participated in the 6th Annual DSS Spring Bowling Fling. The DSS employee bowl-a-thon raised more than $1,800 in support of United Way.
A community yard sale to benefit Arc of Oswego County and Oswego Industries will be held Saturday, May 21.
Open auditions will be held on May 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and May 22 from 1-4 p.m. in the Frances Marion Brown Theater in the Oswego Civic Arts Center for the Oswego Players’ summer musical, “Man of La Mancha.”
On May 13, Calvin Kampff and Shawn Doyle went to Redfield to move the historic Davidson Organ from storage in the old Episcopal Church, down to Half-Shire. The Redfield Community Church board had donate this beautiful instrument to us earlier in the year. The organ is completely intact, yet is does need work on the bellows and the add-on electrical is antiquated.
