John Katko called on federal regulators to move forward as quickly and fairly as possible with consideration of Entergy and Exelon’s joint transfer application for the FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission this week announced its acceptance of the application and intention to move forward with consideration.

This Just In: NAPA Super DIRT Week Returns to Oswego Speedway in 2017

DIRTcar Racing announced today (Oct. 6) that NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week will remain at Oswego Speedway in 2017. After 44 years of running NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week at the Moody Mile, Racing’s Biggest Party found a new home at Oswego Speedway in 2016. Advance tickets sales for the 2017 46th Annual Super DIRT Week will begin Friday.

Vote Oswego ‘Blitz Week’ Energizes College Registration Campaign

A semester-long SUNY Oswego class project to encourage students to register and vote in November’s presidential election and local races reached a crescendo recently as the Vote Oswego drive recruited students across campus to pitch in for a “blitz week” of nonpartisan mobilization events.
