The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program, a division of SUNY Oswego’s Office of Business and Community Relations, in conjunction with the AARP Tax-Aide Program is pleased to offer free annual income tax preparation, e-filing and tax counseling services for the residents of Oswego County.
