Music Teacher Hope Lawton selected one student from each classroom who embody the following qualities during their music special: perseverance, attentiveness, positive attitude, helping others and respectfulness.
Fulton Junior High School seventh graders learned that it’s never too early to go to college. The students spent one day immersing themselves in the Cayuga Community College experience during a recent full-day visit to the Fulton campus.
For the annual Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser, students of the Stepping Stones Day Program collected funds for American Heart Association research, health promotion and community programming in honor of former Fulton City School District employee Michael Stewart who died after a heart attack in February.

The 2017 Fulton Red Raiders Basketball Challenge, March 31 – April 2, is supporting Catholic Charities of Oswego County by collecting items for its food pantry. “Instead of an admission fee, the tournament committee has asked that spectators bring any quantity of non-perishable food to the game locations where they will provide collection boxes,” said Mary-Margaret Pezzela-Pekow, executive director.
