U.S. Senators Charles E. Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand today (April 20) announced $ 25,260,676 in federal funding to the State of New York to combat opioid addiction. The funding was allocated through the Department of Department of Health and Human Services’ State Targeted Response to the Opioid Crisis Grants.

The Fulton Family YMCA will provide a night out for youth. On May 12 youth ages 8-12 can be dropped off at 7 p.m. for an overnight of fun activities. The SUNY Oswego music department will present two choral concerts — the Spring Choral Concert on Sunday and the Oswego Festival Chorus Concert on Monday — that college Vocal Activities Director Mihoko Tsutsumi said will allow audiences to “experience different cultures through music.”
