The First Congregational Church UCC of New Haven will observe its 200th anniversary this year, having been founded on June 30, 1817. Four years later, the congregation built the present church which is regarded as the oldest standing church building in Oswego County. The church has decided to commemorate the anniversary with a harvest weekend celebration beginning the evening of September 16.
Oswego County New Horizons Band is preparing to for its spring and summer concerts for seniors’ homes, luncheons, and nursing homes around Oswego County. The band consists of 40 seniors from around the area including Cayuga and Onondaga counties.
