The Oswego County Municipal Historians recently awarded the winners of its 2017 photo contest. Eleven people submitted nearly 50 photos to the contest. Finalists were displayed at the Oswego County Fair in Sandy Creek where the public was invited to vote for their favorite picture in nine separate categories.

Steve Frawley, president of the board for Catholic Charities of Oswego County, was joined by board members in thanking the CCOC staff for its patience, assistance and support in making the recent move from 365 W. First St. S., to 808 W. Broadway, the former Cayuga Community College and Center for Instruction Technology and Innovation site.
