Meetings involve discussions about legislation on health, the environment, equality and immigration. The meetings are always open to the public. They are held in the Community Room of the Oswego Public Library at 5 p.m. every other Wednesday.
The last registration date for the 2018 Little League season is set for January 27 (8 a.m. – 6 p.m.). It will be held in the cafeteria area of the Fulton War Memorial.

Five ticket numbers will be picked on February 14 from all the “Bundle of Bucks” tickets sold by this date. Each of the five ticket numbers selected will receive a cash prize of $100.
Assemblyman Will Barclay recently presented Fulton resident and Fulton Common Councilor Larry Macner with an Assembly Resolution honoring him for being selected as the 2017 Veteran of the Year by the Fulton Veterans Council.

He was rescued from under a trailer out in the country after his elderly owner had to go to a nursing home. You would think he had been a pampered house cat his whole life (well except for his bunged up ear, probably from being attacked by an animal or maybe frost bite.) He is a sturdy handsome Tuxedo who loves people, complete strangers even.
The Sandy Creek Central School District held a community forum on Jan. 17 to share information regarding their proposed capital improvement project. During the forum, Superintendent Kyle Faulkner explained the need to put forth a project saying, “A building project is no different than your house, you have to put money into it to keep it from deteriorating.”
Students of the Green Team at the Stepping Stones Day Program have learned that by helping others they really have helped themselves transform into positive role models. That lesson has been reoccurring with each project they lead from beginning to end in their community service class where the program is housed at the Fourth Street School in Fulton.
Penny Foster-Pratt, a family care specialist with Oswego County Opportunities, talked about Family Care, which provides support and supervision for individuals who need a minimum level of structure and supervision in order to achieve and maintain improved stability with community living.
