One would amend Local Law #1 of 2015 regarding extending the Residential Building Capital Improvement Exemption pursuant to Real Property Tax Law 421-f. Michael J. “Tippy” Lalik, 86, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse.

Winter weekends have found a full contingent of Half -Shire trustees and volunteers at the building working on projects. On February 17, a good work day was conducted with seven officers present.
