Thank You For Stepping Up
I am very late in getting this in, due to illness. However….. even being late I wanted to make sure that I took the time to thank everyone that took part in the third annual food drive hosted by Tops Friendly Market in Fulton. Manager Jim and his crew have stepped up for the third year in a row to make sure that some of the needs in our area were met.
Edward Michael (‘Mike’) Caraccioli, 63
Edward Michael (“Mike”) Caraccioli, creative artist, adventurer and outdoorsman, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 15, 2018, in Menifee, Calif. Born on September 28, 1954, in Oswego to Edward (deceased) and Barbara Caraccioli, he, along with his fraternal twin sister, Mary Anne, was the eldest of seven children.
Fulton’s Parent University ‘A Growing Event’
The fourth annual Parent University brought community resources together with district families. With more than 30 service providers lining the halls of G. Ray Bodley High School at Saturday’s Parent University, parents learned of the many offerings for families of the Fulton community.

Opera Theater To Perform ‘Brundibár,’ Children’s Opera About Hope
Oswego Opera Theater, under the direction of Dr. Juan F. La Manna, a music professor at SUNY Oswego, will present the children’s opera “Brundibár” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14, and 2 p.m. Sunday, April 15, at the Church of the Resurrection, 120 W. Fifth St. in Oswego.
Relay For Life Kickoff Set March 27
There will be a Relay For Life of Oswego-Fulton kickoff celebration Tuesday, March 27, at Vona’s Restaurant in Oswego. The event will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Vona’s, 9 Willow St. There will be food, information tables, fundraising ideas and more.
