Council Approves Pair Of Tax Exemption Plans
Earlier this month, the mayor proposed to make permanent the City of Oswego Residential Home Improvement Tax Exemption, a tax break to encourage home improvement projects. And, he also proposed a new local law that provides a similar tax exemption for businesses within the city of Oswego that improve, expand or renovate their property. Monday night, the council OK’d both.

State Police arrested Frederick L. Converse, 42, from Phoenix, for Unlawful surveillance 2nd degree (E-felony). Converse is accused of taking photos of a nude female in a residence without her knowledge or consent, police said today (March 26).
