In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month Oswego County Opportunities Services to Aid Families program partnered with Cayuga Community College to bring the “What Were You Wearing” display to the college’s Fulton campus.

After 5 months of rehearsing, more than 30 children, ages 6-18, will step onstage to present Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Jr. It’ll be staged at the new Community Arts Center, 121 Cayuga St in downtown Fulton.

The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented a proclamation designating April as Child Abuse Prevention Month to representatives of the Oswego County Department of Social Services and the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office.

Fishing guide Mike McGrath and author Spider Rybaak will hold several free fishing clinics for children again this summer.
