The 20th Annual CNY Pumpkin Festival, Oct. 1-2 in Washington Square Park and presented by the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC), offers visitors a new ‘Power For Kids’ tent and the opportunity to enter a decorated pumpkin contest with all proceeds going to a local charity, it was announced by Beth Hilton, GOFCC executive director. Major sponsors are the City of Oswego and PathFinder Bank. The event runs Sat. Oct. 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sun. Oct. 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
