Fulton Lion Steve Bero (right) received a special award for his six years of service to the club at their Jan. 26 meeting, it was announced by Club President, James Sokolowski (left). “We are grateful to Steve for the many ways he supports our club and he richly deserves this recognition,” Sokolowski said. “He got Fulton Lions on the worldwide web by building, launching and maintaining our web site. In addition, Steve has been pivotal in our successful participation with Fulton’s Memorial Day Salute for many years.” Lions clubs are committed to sight and hearing preservation. The Fulton Lions Club, also know for their Lions Loot Sweepstakes, provides financial assistance for those in need of eyeglasses, eye exams and hearing aids to residents in the Greater Fulton area.
