Myrlene D. Powell Livingston, 87, of Fulton, died Sunday October 21, 2012, at Oswego Hospital.
For the second consecutive year, Tobacco Free Network will be providing outreach at the Oswego Y’s annual Halloween at the Y event slated for October 26 from 6- 8 p.m. at the Y Armory. This year’s event will add a Monster Mash Costume Parade beginning at 5:45 p.m. in front of the Y Armory, around the bridges and back to the Y Armory – led by volunteers.
With the holidays approaching, many organizations will prepare food baskets. Food pantries across the state have begun to reach out to the community in hopes to have enough to stock the shelves for all in need. In Oswego County, there are 25 sites which distribute food listed on the State Department of Health’s website.
For a safe, exciting Halloween activity, the Fulton Family YMCA is again offering and imaginative Halloween experience – an evening for little goblins and their families to enjoy in an environment that’s both caring and safe. The holiday fun takes place at 6 p.m. on Friday for kids Pre-K through sixth grade.

Kathy’s bright, colorful bags contain multiple pockets for glass cases, smart phones, change purses, keys, etc. The bags, along with business card holders, small bags and change purses are being displayed at Lakeside Artisans.
