With Arts Fest just a few weeks away, CNY Arts Center is looking for local talent to compete for prizes June 9, at Fulton’s War Memorial Community Center. Prizes will be awarded in three categories according to age, under 12, 12-20 and 20 and older.

Michael Duchano of West Monroe who won $25,000 on the Double Your Luck scratch-off game. And, John Pluff of Parish who won $10,000 on the $5,000,000 Cash! scratch-off game.
