Charles John “Bud” Coward, 92, a recent resident of Bishop Commons and a former resident of Springside at Seneca Hill and of East Fifth Street, Oswego, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY.
