Diapers for Darlings Aids Local Needy Families

Recently, Theresa Kline and Mary J. Simard, Oswego AmeriCorps volunteers, organized Diapers for Darlings. Several businesses and agencies donated diapers, baby wipes and formula and other items to the cause. All donations will benefit families through the Emergency Services Department at Catholic Charities of Oswego County.

Law Enforcement Carries Torch For Special Olympics

For decades, police officers throughout Oswego County have participated in the annual “Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.” On Tuesday, officers representing the cities of Fulton and Oswego, the county and others carried on the tradition.
