There were no serious injuries when a Burke’s Home Improvement delivery vehicle struck an eastside Oswego business Thursday afternoon. The truck went off the road shortly after 3:30 p.m. It broke off a traffic sign before crashing into the front of the Home Necessities store on the north side of East Bridge between Seventh and Eighth streets.

Deputies report that a pedestrian, Jeremy A. Gross, 30, was standing between a parked unoccupied vehicle and a 2005 Chevrolet being operated by Dwayne A. LeBlanc, 51, of 16 Eldred Road, Altmar, when LeBlanc reportedly pulled forward westbound and struck Mr. Gross pinning him in between the vehicles then continued on, striking the 2008 Mercury that was parked.
