UPDATE:  The Oswego County Drug Task Force with the assistance of the New York State Police, City of Fulton Police Department, City of Oswego Police Department and the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 3882 County Route 6 in the Town of New Haven.

The mercury cracked the 60-degree plateau Wednesday afternoon. And, it didn’t stop there. “Most of the afternoon in hung around 66 degrees,” said Bill Gregway, local observer for the National Weather Service. The 66 degrees eclipsed the old record of 62 degrees set in 1987.

The average temperature last month was 32.2 degrees. That’s 6.8 degrees warmer than average, according to Bill Gregway, local observer for the National Weather Service. Going all the way back to 1854, it ranks as the 6th warmest in Port City history.
