Department, I am going to chart a new course for myself and my family,” Michael Dehm Jr. said in announcinghis retirement effective June 1.
Fulton’s Birds Eye Plant To Close In December
UPDATED with comments from Assemblyman Will Barclay and Senator Patty Ritchie. After more than 100 years in Fulton, the Birds Eye Foods plant will cease to exist at the end of the year. Plant officials announced this morning (April 15) that the facility will close its doors for good in December. Employees got the news at a meeting at the Fulton War Memorial.

County Legislature Hosts Students
On Thursday, students, representing schools from all across the county, sat with the legislators and took an active role in the meeting. Prior to that they visited other facets of county government and had a chance to debate and vote on their own ‘resolution.’
