Quirk’s Players of G. Ray Bodley High School will present the entertaining Broadway musical, “The Addams Family,” with four show-stopping performances March 9, 10 and 11 in the auditorium at GRB. Fifth graders from Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Elementary School were tasked to engineer and design an apparatus that would protect an egg from breaking, if dropped from a height of up to 20’ in an Engineering Design Egg Drop Challenge.

The Fulton City School District has worked toward bridging communication from school to home to help increase family connections and enhance student achievement. The district aims to accomplish that by hosting the third annual Parent University, to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 1 at G. Ray Bodley High School, 6 William Gillard Drive, Fulton.
The students, who constructed and programmed their own robots in an after-school robotics club, were deemed tournament champions during the recent Bodley Bot Bash at GRB and Starstruck in Baldwinsville.
Nurses from the St. Luke Family of Caring are teaming up with the Oswego YMCA to offer the community bone density screenings on March 13 from 9:30 to 11 a.m., at the Oswego YMCA, 265 W. First St.
The program, coordinated by teacher Mike Thurlow, is open to students in grades 11 and 12 who aim to utilize theories and skills they gathered in their classroom and apply them to real-world work environments.
