Now in finishing its eighth year, the Springboard Mural Project is dedicated to the beautification of the river walk at West Linear Park. Community youth paint murals along the river walk, both sharing their art with the community and helping cover up graffiti.

The Hannibal Central School District community is all smiles thanks to an oral health care initiative that will be implemented in the fall. Nurses from the St. Luke Health Services Adult Day Health Care Program will offer free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings during the Oswego Farmers’ Market on Thursday, August 18, from 4:30 to 8 p.m. The screenings will be offered at the St. Luke bus, near the Civic Plaza.
August 20 will the be the annual car show at North Volney Methodist Church. The show will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with registration starting at 10:30 a.m. Registration fee is $8 per car and all makes and years are welcome.
