Constellation Energy Nuclear Group’s Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 2 is back online and achieved 100 percent yesterday (March 9) afternoon. Station personnel completed necessary repairs and post-maintenance testing in order to return the unit to service.

The Pulaski High School Science Club was formed by teachers Carl Nylen and Thomas Pullen to increase students’ interest in science outside of the classroom setting. The co-advisors hoped to work on projects that would teach students the importance of sustainability and conservation of the world’s resources.

Staff from St. Luke Health Services joined colleagues at affiliates Bishop’s Commons, Michaud Residential Health Services and St. Francis Commons to take part in an organization-wide benefit for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, during National MS Awareness Week. For a monetary donation, staff “dressed casually” at work for the day in support of the National MS Society.

Students and staff at Pulaski High School signed up to give the gift of life during the National Honor Society’s Red Cross Blood Drive at the school.
