Staff from Across St. Luke Family of Caring Show Support during MS Awareness Week

Staff from St. Luke Health Services joined colleagues at affiliates Bishop’s Commons, Michaud Residential Health Services and St. Francis Commons to take part in an organization-wide benefit for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, during National MS Awareness Week. For a monetary donation, staff “dressed casually” at work for the day in support of the National MS Society.

First grade classes see stars in APW’s Star Lab

First graders in the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District went on a wonderful adventure in their study of the constellations as part of the English Language Arts curriculum. The students enjoyed a presentation in the district’s own Star Lab, a mobile, domed planetarium that projects various scenes of the night sky onto the ceiling of the Star Lab.

Mr. Pulaski event raises $3,000 for student scholarships

From swimwear to formal wear, 10 Pulaski High School boys showcased their beauty, talents and interview skills on Feb. 28 as they vied for the distinction of Mr. Pulaski. In front of a panel of judges, the teens danced, sang, did karate and entertained a packed auditorium for the 12th annual event, which resulted in a title crown for Devon Bice.
