On Friday November 22, Fulton Police charged two people with methamphetamine possession and manufacture after discovering an alleged mobile meth lab on the city’s west side, police announced today (Nov. 24).
The 174th Attack Wing has suspended the ground search for debris from the New York Air National Guard which crashed into Lake Ontario on Nov. 12 during a routine training mission. The 174th Attack Wing is asking that if members of the public find any aircraft debris that they call the wing’s Emergency Operations Center at 315-233-2257 or 2258.
In anticipation of the approaching holiday season, staff at St. Luke Health Services held a “Food Drive” to benefit Catholic Charities of Oswego County. Starting with the December 2013 graduating class, students who enrolled at SUNY Oswego as freshmen in the fall 2010, or subsequent fall, semester and graduate no later than May of their fourth consecutive year, and meet all other requirements of the Oswego Guarantee, will receive the $300 Oswego Graduation Return on Investment.
The MQ-9 aircraft, flown from Wheeler Sack Army Airfield at Fort Drum, crashed approximately 20 miles northeast of the port of Oswego into Lake Ontario during a routine training mission on November 12. U.S. Navy experts, assigned to an area search platoon from the Fleet Forces Command based in Virginia, arrived at the Oswego Coast Guard Station on Wednesday.
