The sixth concert in the Oswego Summer Sunset Concert Series will be held Wednesday, August 7 at 7 p.m. at Breitbeck Park in Oswego. These concerts are provided free to the public by The City of Oswego and The Musicians Union of Oswego County.
Multi-agency investigation results in five arrests
BREAKING NEWS: Today (Aug. 1), members of the Oswego City Police Department, along with assistance from other area local law enforcement agencies, arrested five suspects as a result of an on-going, multi-agency investigation. The arrests were the result of an investigation initiated by the Oswego City Police Department into the trafficking of illegal drugs (cocaine) beginning in the early months of 2011.
Magic Returns To Minetto
Held at Minetto’s River View Park and town hall, along the Oswego River and Canal, this free family event has a bit of something for everyone. Music and food with free craft making, face painting and ice cream for children will be offered. Craft vendors will be located by the town hall with wares from jewelry to hand made pottery.

Pulaski’s Incoming Kindergarten Program welcomes new students
The Lura M. Sharp Elementary School has welcomed nearly 20 fresh faces to its school. The Incoming Kindergarten Summer Program that started July 15 accepts children with no prior formal education in the Pulaski Academy & Central School District.
