The Fulton City School District Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program hosted an evening of magic at the recent Family Fun and Open Registration Night. Current UPK students enjoyed a performance by the Twin Magicians while parents spent time with kindergarten teachers and other district officials discussing the transition from UPK to kindergarten.

Amelia Michelle Wade, a junior at Altmar-Parish-Williamstown High School, unexpectedly passed away in 2010. To honor her memory, her parents, Eric and Valerie Wade, along with their daughter, Kara, set up a scholarship in Amelia’s name to be awarded to APW High School seniors who exhibit exceptional character and plan to enter the medical field.
Altmar-Parish-Williamstown High School Principal Jamie Coppola recently announced the Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2013. Brian Wilson was named Valedictorian. Victoria Stanton was named Salutatorian.
