For more than a decade, Constellation employees, through their “Giving Tree” Program, collect and donate hundreds of Christmas gifts for residents at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego.

Oswego County STOP-DWI Coordinator Robert Lighthall advises that Oswego County will participate in a state-wide STOP-DWI Crackdown enforcement effort this holiday season. The Oswego County STOP-DWI program provides funding to police agencies throughout the county for police sobriety checkpoints and extra patrols.
