The investigation determined that he subjected two girls under the age of 11 to inappropriate sexual contact. Additionally, he is alleged to have secretly videotaped the same minors utilizing his cellular phone, while they were changing clothing and showering.
A trooper observed an ATV northbound on County Route 7 and attempted to pull it over. However, the ATV failed to comply and continued ending up on Rathburn Road, according to police. A short time later, the ATV and the driver were located hiding behind a house on Rathburn Road.
The subject allegedly fled from troopers. And, when she was stopped, a small amount of controlled substance was located inside her vehicle, according to the police report.
The driver, a 19-year-old Fulton man, was airlifted to University Hospital in Syracuse. The matter remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, the Oswego Boy’s Varsity Golf Team competed in their highly anticipated first match of the 2012 season against host team Cicero North Syracuse and visiting Central Square at Beaumont Greens in Brewerton.
The Oswego County Health Department continues to monitor mosquito and virus activity in its county-wide surveillance program. Test results indicate that the West Nile virus was found in mosquito samples collected in Central Square, New Haven and West Monroe this summer.
On Thursday at about 5:10 p.m. the Oswego City Police Department’s Anti- Crime Team with the assistance of the Special Response Team arrested two individuals for illegally possessing and further selling two loaded assault weapons to an undercover police officer.
The charge stems from the investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred in the town of Hastings. The suspect allegedly threw rubbing alcohol and vodka on the victim then proceeded to light them on fire.
Fire broke out at about 7:47 a.m. today (Aug. 30) in the industrial plant where all of the 22 employees inside evacuated safely.
