A Fulton family of six is being helped after a furnace fire in their mobile home earlier today (March 25). Red Cross volunteers also assisted a Central Square family of three, who lost all of their belongings in an apartment fire last night (March 24).

County Residents Reminded to Use ProAct Pharmacy Discount Cards
Oswego County residents are continuing to use the ProAct prescription drug card in record numbers. Residents filled 2,974 prescriptions in January, with an average cost per member of $32.84, according to a report presented to the County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee.

Singh, a three-year employee at the 120-bed skilled nursing facility, has moved through the ranks of the rehabilitation department since she arrived in 2009. She was promoted two other times, initially to second in charge and then as acting director. She began her new position as rehabilitation manager on Feb. 1.
