The Oswego County Drug Task Force concluded a short-term narcotics investigation Thursday with the arrest of two brothers from New York City. Arrested were Reggie Williams, 29, 41 Saint Nichol, Manhattan and Raymond Williams, 32, 765 Lincoln Ave. 2F, Brooklyn.
Randall C. “Randy” Buske, 64, of Fulton, died Wednesday.
He allegedly had sexual relations with a child less than 13 years old in 2003 and 2004 as well as 2001 with a victim less than 12 years old.
