The donation will go toward new equipment for Project Lifesaver (PLS) in Oswego County. PLS assists in the location of people who wander due to cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Down syndrome, dementia, and autism.

Floyd Boynton III, 57, of Fulton died Friday, December 30, 2011 at University Hospital in Syracuse surrounded by his family.
