With winter weather quickly approaching, Penoyer decided to have Rebel Club students make homemade winter scarves for the nearly 200 Gilboa-Conesville students in universal pre-kindergarten through grade six.

The local club made a donation as well as the Foundation grant to provide the necessary piece of equipment for the sheltered workshop on Morrill Place in Fulton.
