The Oswego City Police and Fire departments, as well as the New York State Police Dive
Team and the United States Coast Guard, are all assisting in the recovery effort, utilizing
specialized equipment to conduct a thorough search of the area.
Sections of the internationally celebrated AIDS Memorial Quilt—the 54-ton, handmade tapestry that stands as a memorial to more than 92,000 individuals lost to AIDS—will be on view from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30 at the Cayuga Community College Fulton Campus, 806 W. Broadway, Fulton.

Quirk’s Players of G. Ray Bodley High School will be holding a Zumbathon this Saturday, December 3rd, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Fairgrieve Elementary School Gymnasium. Proceeds from the event will help fund Quirk’s Players’ spring, 2012 musical, Damn Yankees.
Annalee Mitchell, Preschooler at Discovery Day Care went on a field trip to Godfrey’s Last Stand with her class to take a wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch to find the “right” pumpkin for her and her classmates.
Stoker is retiring from her position as a social welfare examiner in the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
On Tuesday, November 22nd, they performed their Holiday Poem around the building for students and staff.
