The Manor at Seneca Hill remembered residents and participants in the Adult Day Health Services Program that had passed away in the past year during a memorial service held November 20th at the skilled nursing facility.
Ronald K. Bishop, 66, of Oswego died Tuesday November 22, at St. Joseph Hospital, Syracuse.
Lt. Col. Joseph P. Fuss, 84, of Hannibal died Friday at Oswego Hospital.
Ruth L. Master passed on to the Lord 11/16/11.
George R. DeSacia, 76, a resident of Sabin Road in the Town of Oswego, passed away Wednesday morning, at his home.
On Tuesday, at approximately 8:25 p.m., the suspect, 46-year-old Jean D. Snyder of 19 Waterview Drive, Lot 19, Oswego, arranged to meet with an undercover police officer at an eastside location in the city of Oswego.
