The Oswego County Historical Society will host the final lecture of the 2017 series on October 22 at 1:30 p.m. at the historic Oswego Public Library, located at 120 E. Second St.. The event is free and open to the public. A PowerPoint presentation entitled “The Architects of Oswego Architecture” will be given by Justin White, county historian and board trustee of the historical society.

He began watercolor painting after retirement and has been teaching watercolor painting at several organizations throughout Oswego County.
