Cafeteria Role Models Cited At Fairgrieve

Several Fairgrieve Elementary School students were recently named Golden Spoon Award recipients because they exceeded expectations in the school cafeteria. Principal Jean Sampsell recognized the students during a Morning Express program, where their peers, teachers and guests applauded their efforts.

Hannibal Students Learn About Fire Safety

Fire safety was in focus Oct. 24 at Fairley Elementary School, as kindergartners learned various fire prevention techniques. Members of the Hannibal Volunteer Fire Department were on hand to provide students with tips and advice to reduce the risk of fire.
